This morning my "Mail" app that is included in iOS crashed when I clicked on it to open it back up now it's stuck on 6/19/12 1:36 PM i'm still getting my mail but shows 240 unread msgs. When I pull down screen to update it will but goes back to that date. Nothing has changed in the past 4 years, but today this started happening. Any idea on how to fix it, i've tried shutting phone off, cutting off cloud, cutting off mail accounts also.

Can you try a hard reset (hold down sleep & home button until device restarts) and see if that does anything.
If it doesn't, do a backup of the device to iTunes and then restore it to see if that will kick it into shape..
