I've been considering upgrading to a used iMac or Mac Pro for the past few weeks. While following several ebay auctions I've found that the iMac selling prices are fairly consistent. The Mac Pro auctions, on the other hand have varied wildly in selling price.
I was curious if there some insider info that I'm unaware of? For example, some Mac Pro configurations might have known problems, causing them to sell for a cheaper price (my 2007 Macbook Pro with the bad Nvidia chip comes to mind).
