how to redownload purchased app that has been deleted

pls help me i just sync my cousins ipad in a new laptop then the application wont open anymore.can i redownload the purchased app,movies and music for free? thats my cousins ipad :[ ipad 1st generation,i dont know what os version all i know is its ipad 1st gen. pls advice thanks and godbless

Re-download it the same way it was downloaded the first time - from the App Store.

And can only be re-downloaded from the same Apple ID that purchased it.
