shuffle playlist question

I am the pround new owner of a 1G shuffle.

I filled it up with music, but put 3 podcasts at the start of the playlist thinking that I would be able to listen to these using the pay in order feature. Unfortunately, I started playing music using both play in order (and skipping tracks - i pressed the skip forward button a few times in a row and it seemed to jump forward many songs) and shuffle and now I am somewhere around song number 150 (I think). Is there any way of resetting the playlist so that it will start at the beginning again or do I have to reattach to itunes?

Are there any shortcuts for moving quickly around the playlist?

Press the play/pause button 3x rapidly to jump back to the first song.
