I use a lot of apps that tend to use plenty of memory when they're running (Final Cut Pro, After Effects, PS, etc.), and I just have 2GB RAM so it gets painfully laggy sometimes. It's extremely annoying.

So I decided to upgrade from 2 to 4GB. But since it's the first time I do this, I'm a bit lost on which I should buy. Mainly because I don't know what's the memory limit for this computer, or if the RAM is compatible.

My mac info:

MacBook (13-inch, Mid 2009)
Processor: 2.13 GHz Intel Core Duo
Memory: 2 GB 800 MHz DDR2 SDRAM
Mac OS X: Version 10.6.8

I was searching on Amazon for the RAM upgrade and found this:

Kingston 2 GB (1 x 2 GB) 200-pin 667MHz DDR2 SDRAM

Still haven't bought it. My main doubt if it's compatible or not.
