Mountain Lion printer list ?

Wondering if Apple or elsewhere has a list of printers compatible with ML ? Want to purchase a wireless printer to go with my brand new Mac air. The other issue for me is that being a Mac air should or need I get an external disc drive to load soft wear? I noted that with my old printer...even though I had not moved any info from old Mac to new, it automatically downloaded all updates etc for the old hp and printing away I went. Also is it tricky to set up a wireless printer when running time capsule ??

You shouldn't use a DVD to install printer drivers on OS X - the auto-download versions are newer (I suppose there are some secondary brands that are the exception).
