Since upgrading to iOS 6, my iPhone 4s vibrates (short) every thirty minutes on the top and half of the hour. Does anyone know how to shut this off? Pease help!!!

You must have enabled checking your mail every 30 mins? or something else and also have enabled notifications/badges/sounds for that application. So it is doing its job and letting you know that you have new stuff to check out.
Run through your Settings and see what you have enabled..
