1.33GHz 12" iBook; iMac G3 333Mhz; Use Dual 2Ghz PM G5's
The XServe still has yet to be updated. It is still a single-core G5 2.0Ghz or 2.3Ghz It has not been on the main Store page with a picture for a while. However there is "Servers" on the left navigation, under "Mac Accessories".

My guess is that it will be one of the machines to recieve Intel chips in the near future, as it is a server.

Servers are one class of machine that often benefits greatly from 64-bitness (>4GB of memory.) So until Intel has a 64-bit offering that Apple likes, I'd expect the XServe to stay with the G5
