When I copy/paste one or more non-native objects (i.e. jpeg image or other picture) in powerpoint there is no problem. However, when I try to copy/paste a single native object (i.e. text box or shape), things get weird.
In the latter case, as long as I do command-A or command-C with a single native object selected, the action does not get captured in the clipboard. As a result, doing command-V will only paste the last successfully captured object(s). If I do command-C with two or more native objects selected then it works without any problem.
This was not the case when I first got the MacBook Air in August.
I have tried uninstalling and re-installing powerpoint and it did not work. I then found that when I created a new user profile, there was not problem. So I switched over to using the new profile and after a few days, the problem started happening there too.
What can/should I do???!!!
