CPU is off the charts running audio software on a blazing fast MBP. Please help!

If I run one instance of a plugin in Ableton Live I get around 70% CPU usage on an i7 MBP with 16gb RAM in Bootcamped Windows 7. Could really use some help, thanks.

MacBookPro 11,2 <--DAW!!!
Try using LIVE with the Mac OS.
I got an older MBP and my CPU usage never topped off near 70% with just a few plugins.

I want to use Windows only plugins Imageline Harmor and Vocodex, or I wouldn't be here :)
