Customer support on video editing programs - which is best?

I'm in the market to purchase some video editing software, and I'm not too fussed which because as far as I'm concerned, whether it's Final Cut, Premiere or whatever, they can all cater to my needs.
The thing I am concerned about from problems I've had in the past with both hardware and software is customer support. From your experience, which video editing software has better customer support?

Has to be FCP. Software made for the Hardware. How can you go wrong. And being Apple Support you cant go wrong there either.
