Today i experienced one of those blood boiling moments when somebody has to be "That Person" and think it would be funny to knock your iPod right out of your hand. Long story short its dented on the back and I dont know if its worth going through all the hassle to pay 150 dollars to get it replaced or getting a case. Any ideas?

I'd get a snap-on case and call it a day. Your iPod will inevitably get a ding or a scratch, regardless of whether you happen upon someone with malicious intent. It's a question of "when", not if...

Well, for starters I would send the bill to the jerk. Then I would unfriend him.
