I have a client that uses it. They have a three user license and use it in multi user mode. Which is the primary reason the switched to the native Mac version. They had previously used QB in a Windows VMs and were very happy to move to the Mac version, and even happier when it started supporting credit card transactions.
I have other Mac clients that use stand alone versions. QB is not the type of product most folks get excited about, but they don't really complain about it either.
