I fax over a hundred sheets of paper daily, all of them go to the same fax number. Not only is this costly, but it's bad for the environment and makes it difficult when I have to travel.
My question is: Is there a way to "print a fax"? In other words, when the print dialogue box comes up, can I set my printer up to automatically fax to that number instead of printing, or alternatively, just do a digital fax without the printer?
For anyone suggesting PDFs: PDFs will not work. It has been tried in the past and led to a lot of screw ups on the receiving end. The person on the other end has to print them anyway.
