Hello everyone,

I am having a problem with the self-moving desktops. For example, the sixth one will all of a sudden be placed between the first and second one, and I cannot seem to find a way to put it back in its proper place or, even better, to lock each one it is proper place. Is there anyway to turn off the auto-moving feature of the numerous desktops? Thanks in advance! :)

Hi

Go to System Preferences, then click on Mission Control. Uncheck the box which says "Automatically rearrange spaces based on most recent use".

Then, once you arrange your desktops to suit your needs, they will remain that way.

Hope this helps.
