Hi everyone I am new to the forum, I would really appreciate any help or advice. I purchased a White Unibody Macbook, i first received the grey screen to shut the computer down with the original 320 gb hard drive, I replaced it it with a WD 1 TB hard drive, and also the Ram is 4gb 1067 MHz DDR3 processor is the 2.26 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo. Here is the exact attack I have gotten about 8 times.

Boot your machine in Safe mode and run it that way for awhile to see if the kernel panic occurs. Hold down your shift key as soon as you hear the boot chime (bong!). Safe mode turns off all third party drivers and some that OS X uses like the sound. It also does a verify on the hard drive. Let us know what happens.

If it successfully runs in Safe mode, the next thing to do is run a memory check to see if the memory module(s) may be acting up. You can download the free MemTest for Mac from here.

Great thank you. Before I do this will I still be able to use the computer in safe mode? Also will I loose anything as far as what is on my harddrive? Ome more question I heard it could be the Ram sticks? Just wan to make sure dont loose anything before i boot in safe mode

Ok guys thank you. I am currently booted in safe mode, which i did after the last kernal panic attack, computer seems slower but working fine, how long should i run it for in safe mode. Also just so i learn what does booting in safe mode either determine or eliminate as problems ?

Ok the computer has been running in safe mode for over 24 hours with no crashes. When watching videos online i noticed it would stop playing the vid as if i hit the pause button than i would hit play it would resume. This is the only thing i have noticed, also i found that the computer would sometime get the kernel attacks while or right after watching video
