has anyone bought and installed photoshop elements 11?

I recently (2 days ago) purchased and installed Adobe Photoshop Elements 11. When I opened the installed app, the Editor opens fine but the Organizer crashes. I have spend considerable time today working with Adobe Chat support to resolve the issue. They finally said I needed to have apple fix my permissions. I think that probably means they don't understand the Mac very well As Admin I can change my own permissions and only Adobe knows what files they think need to be changed.

Anyone else working with the new photoshop elements 11, have this problem?

Repair permissions is a maintanence routine in disk utility. Their support structure probably, as policy, will not assist with that. Hence the finger pointing to Apple. Either way, it's probably worth a try, it fixes sme things... Not as many as it did in os9 and prior IMO.
