Hello,
I want to access a USB Hard Drive (2TB, which is primarily connected to my iMac in my office which is running OS X 10.8.2) from a remotely connected iMac (also OS X 10.8.2; in a different location, but has the ethernet connection). I would like to have this connection permanent, meaning this USB Hard Drive icon should come up on my remote iMac desktop. I know we can configure it as a "network drive". But I am wondering if anyone can help me as to how I can set this up as a secure (with log-in and password) network drive between two iMacs.
Thanks in advance!
