Integrated FB and twitter problem!

I just got my iPhone 5 exchanged due to over heating and the new one doesnt seem to have Facebook and Twitter in the pull down notification center, what could be the reason?
I've logged into both the accounts in settings.

You've probably forgotten to add the ability to post from notification center to the "Notifications" preferences.
