InstaMac app crashing

Just purchased the Instamac app (Instagram for mac) and it crashes immediately upon opening. I tried closing everything, & restarting mac but still no luck. Am running Mac OS X, and everything is updated. Help??

Hi and welcome to the forums . . . . .

Best bet so there us no mucking around is to click drag and trash the App and then Download it again. You could of got a corrupt file in the dl and if so no matter what you do, it will still crash. . . ..

I tried trashing the app and loading it again, but it STILL "quits unexpectedly". Granted, I only paid 99 cents for this app, but still... I can't figure out why this is happening. If anyone has any other Instagram-like app for Mac to recommend, I'd appreciate it.

According to the developer, it only works with Mountain Lion, OS X 10.8. Which version of OS X are you using? Also, the reviews for that app are not favorable.
