So when I plugged in my iPod I noticed every thing under capacity is classified as "other" and if I go to any of the tabs, music, video, photos ect., it shows music and video bars only (no apps ect.) but then overfills the remaining memory with "other". So I deleted a couple games I recently download encase they were messed up (had one game that turned off my screen rotation till I removed it) and no luck so I reset/restored the **** thing and now all my apps are messed up and every things in different places and it is still doing it...

Your best bet might be restore back to defaults and start out again since something is definitely messed up..

Thats what I did? It sort of works now but the capacity is still way off, and different from time to time when I haven't change anything. Sometimes I have 9.7gb free and sometimes it 14.something, right now it just says I have 10.7gb of "other" and 47.5gb free which it totally wrong lol?

I had to delete my Mobile device registry and delete and reinstall iTunes, it really didn't have anything to do with the iPod its self.

The best thing that you can do at this point do a restore through iTunes. Make sure that you do a backup first.
