Sharing files between XP and OS X

I followed This guide to setup a network between my iBook and a friends XP laptop but it gives him full access to all my files obviously because he is connecting to my system under my username. I just want us to both have a single folder each which we can share file through, does anyone have a decent guide for his?

Thanks in advance. :p

Create a new user on the mac and have him connect with those credentials. use the shared folder in the /Users directory to share files.

Unfortunately by enabling sharing on the Mac you share all mount points,...meaning all drives, firewire cd and even mounted dmg files.

So,...yes they will be shared.
