Past week or so a window pops up and darkens the screen and in several languages tells me I need to power off and restart, righ in the midst of work of course. Here's the log but I don't understand it, much less what to do. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

Your Mac is having what is called a Kernel Panic. I would verify permissions and repair permissions if needed through the Disk Utility app. Disk Utility is found in the Utilities folder in your Applications folder. Also make sure your software is up to date.

Kernel Panics can be caused by a few things. If you have things plugged in via USB or it can be as i found out a rouge Safari Extension. The only way to find out what is causing it is to un plug what you have plugged in one at a time, and if you have Safari extensions, especially if you have added a new one lately is to turn them off one by one.........
