Daily agenda/tasks/schedule/to do list

I am looking for an app for my computer that helps me schedule my to do list and tasks. I don't really like the way ical is set up for this.

For example

8:30-9:30 task
9:30-11:00- task

and then when I complete the task I can check it off.

I would like something under $10.00, ideally under $5.00

Any thoughts?

You can't do specific times (you can do dates though) but Wunderlist might work for you.
