Try blowing out your dock connector with compressed air. There may be something in the dock causing an issue.

All the ones I've seen, the not supported message refers to charging, not to playing.

Have some speakers I use now that are like that.

So i really dont know why it doesnt play my songs. Im really concerned because my ipod touch is. 3 generation (relatively new) and it used to work in the past... Is there any way to find an adapter, or method to get the ipod working on my speakers?

Would try the compressed air to clean out the connector.

Ok i tried that and it sounds perfeclty thanks to you!
Now im wondering... Is there anyway to charge it? I know my speakers used to charge it because for a time i lost my wall charger and i remember being stressed out for having to power on my imac to charge my ipod.

They either support charging or they don't - Apple changed the pins used for charging several years ago and all the manufacturers that didn't make the ports the way Apple had been telling them to (I think all of them at that time and still some today) could no longer charge any of the newer iPods.
