Can someone tell me what this error message means

Compilation of JSP File '/web/view/selfservice/templates/Standard/thanksCompose.jsp' failed:
thanksCompose.jsp:49:11: Type com.egain.selfservice.secure.ssoData.HumanaMemberSSOData contains no methods named setLaunchFunction.
ssoData.setLaunchFunction("INBOX");
^---------------^

I receive it when I try to send an e mail to a company on the company web site. I had been able to send a message on their site and then suddenly could not anymore and got this error message.

Does this indicate a problem on my computer or on the company's end? If it is on my end, might be wrong?
