Quick Time Machine question

Looks like Time Machine is telling you that your backup drive is read only and it can't complete the backup. Have you changed anything on that drive recently?
You might want to run Disk Utility and verify - repair the drive. Also, while you're in Disk Utility run repair permissions on the drive.
