Kernel panics are usually indicative of a hardware problem. The KP report really doesn't tell us much but it could be bad memory or a memory fault that's causing it to happen. Anyway, that would be the first thing to check. Download "Memtest for Mac" from here and run it in extended mode. Post back the results and we can go from there if need be.
