Hey there folks,

Not sure why but I really have a bug in my ear to play a simcityesq game. I know the new one is coming out next year but will likely be an online only game which really bums me out so I was looking to some alternatives.

It appears that "Cities XL 2012" looks to be a pretty good alternative. But it only shows as being for PC. However, I have seen YouTube videos of people running it on a Mac, and I don't think they were bootcamped or anything like that.

So how do you do this? Is it safe? I don't want to open myself up to a bunch of windows spam crap that I've spent the last year and a half loving being without.

What's your guys and gals opinions?

Thanks, Steve

Thank you Bob. I guess I need to venture out of the "Switchers" forum from time to time huh?? Sorry about that. Thanks though.

I moved the thread for you to the correct forum - here in OS X Apps and Games.
