how to Reset Password Without OS X dvd installer?

how to reset the login password Mac os x Lion without using the OS X DVD installer ? is it possible?


I tried to solve the problem my friend Macbook, and he forgot the password login,

Notes: I dont have OSX DVD installer

yes i have MBP with Lion inside

Your best bet is to download Mountain Lion and make a USB boot disk (you dont have to upgrade your Mac if you dont want to)
