iPhone 4 battery drain when switched off!

iMac: 5K 27” (2020), 3.3 GHz, 32Gb RAM. iPad2, iPad mini4, iPhone 13 Mini, Apple Watch SE
Last night charged my iPhone 4 to 100% via Battery Doctor Pro, then physically switched it off. This morning I switched it on to find battery at 71%.

Similar thing a few days ago - physically switched it off reading 91%. Read 54% when turned on the following day.

Any ideas?
