I just installed the latest software update and now my full name is being displayed in the top right-hand corner. The time was pushed over to the left and I don't like how it looks. How do I change it back?

Which OS did you upgrade to?
Press and hold Control (Apple) and click on and move what you want to rearrange.

OS X 10.7.5

I don't want to rearrange it, I'd prefer my name not be there at all. When I click it, the dropdown menu says "Login Window..." which takes me to the login screen, and "Users & Groups Preferences" which is also self explanatory. I don't need those options, and I don't like how the time is not in the corner anymore. Holding control doesn't seem to do anything. Thank you for the suggestion though.

It's Control+Command(Apple). Both keys then click and drag. Bobtomay told you how to totally get rid of it if you want.

I hadn't seen the other reply when I was typing my response. Thank you very much to everyone. My name is now gone and I am happy.
