Need to turn off voice

I inadvertantly turned on a voice that tells me everything that I click on,???
I :dummy: :dummy: do not know how I did this ???
running OS 10.4 on a pizmo.....please its driving me nuts ???How do I turn it off .

Your Mac's Specs
iBook 12" G4, 30 GB, 768 MB RAM. iPod 5G 30GB.
Go to the Control Panel and click on Universal Access -> Voice Over, Check if its on. If it is on turn it off.

Duh !!
Command-F5 should do the trick, and it's probably what you pressed by accident. I do it all the time.
