I have a MacBook Pro with2.16 GHz Intel core 2Duo
3 GB memory 667 MHz
DDR2 SDRAM
What can I upgrade it to?.

Hard to answer that question without understanding your goal. Is there some need you have today that the machine doesn't meet as it's configured today?

What can I upgrade it to?.

Not much I'm afraid. The ram is basically maxed out. The only other thing that can be upgraded is the HD. You could install a larger HD...or an SSD.

Nothing else is upgradeable.

I have just upgraded to Mountain Lion on my iMac. What can I do for my MacBook Pro?.

I assume you're looking to upgrade to the latest version of OS X that you can on that MacBook Pro? If so, that would be OS X 10.7, Lion. Your machine doesn't meet the hardware requirements for Mountain Lion.
