Dropped my MBP

Hi, I was just wondering I accidentally dropped my MBP when I fell asleep. As the situation says it only dropped bed height, but it dropped on top of my charger. It is working fine and nothing happened when it dropped. Should I be worried or do something? Or should I just continue as normal?

If it's running fine and there's no evidence of damage, then I don't see any reason to concern yourself further.

I would suggest not using your MBP when you're too tired (and using it on a bed). Or if you are that tired...use the computer on a table so there's no chance of it falling.
