WebCam setting Question

I downloaded manycam and am trying to use it to troll people on omegle for my youtube channel. When I go to omegle it does not give me the option to select manycam as the camera and instead only has FaceTime as the only available camera to select. Is there anything I can do in my settings so that manycam will show up?
