everytime i log into the same profile itunes liscense agreement pops up

ive tried to repair permissions in the recovery console and and tried doing some research online and notice multiple people having the issue but no real fix.

do any of you have ideas on why, only 1 client machine (local admin account) profile has this agreement issue, i have to select agree everytime its annnoying my user lol
