Hi All. I am new to this forum and a real technophobe - getting here is a real achievement in itself!
I have a MacBook Pro v10.5.6 (3 yrs old - works fab) and a Time Capsule about the same age. Both were working fine. My TC has been in a box not connected to anything for about 2 yrs. it holds really sentimental photos and docs etc so don't want to lose them. I have moved house, changed isp etc and today went to set up the TC again. Having reset the factory settings my MPro finally recognises the TC at last, but I cannot seem to set it up to work only as a wireless back up device. Don't need it as a wireless base station.
Any help greatly appreciated.
