hello,

i have a 27" imac and i am having some issues with my magic mouse.

it started to cut out everynow and then but would be back on within a minute or so.

today however it has cut out and will not reconnect. i have recently changed the batteries so i dont think thats the problem.

all that happens is the green light on the mouse flashes and thats it

has anyone had a simillar problem or know of a solution.

thanks

Try taking the batteries ou and reinserting. Go to Bluetooth icon and make sure it's connected. If not, make the mouse discoverable and try to pair.

I typically see that behaviour when the batteries are about to die: range drops off and connection is intermittent. Check the new batteries and that they are seated correctly. Also, when changing batteries, be sure to switch off the MM beforehand, gives it a controlled power-up.
