Not a question, so feel free to bin this; but it might help those folks who have found that Aperture refuses to load after the recent update.
I have two iMacs both originally running 10.7.4. Both upgraded to 10.7.5 no problem. iPhoto updated to both, no problem.
Aperture updated to one no problem, but permanently hung up on the newer iMac. I had to restore from Time Machine the previous version of Aperture & the previous versions of all my libraries. Tried to update twice more, same problem.
Then last night Apple issued a further Aperture update recognising & fixing the problem. All well.
Message: if this has happened to you, have patience and get the latest Aperture update.
