I have mountain lion and I thought it would also update iphoto, but it is still iphoto 08 (7.1.5)
All I can find when searching is either update through ilife or many small updates.
Is there a link for me to update my iphoto alone and with just one download?

You should be able to download it from the Mac APP Store.

I honestly get confused on the version numbers with iPhoto etc. The latest is iPhoto 11, and that is only available through the MAS.
Apple - iLife - Do more with photos, movies, and music on a Mac.

It says $14.99 ea, but I have yet to actually be charged for an upgrade (prob because of newer Macs on the same account).

I do not have ilife, iphoto came with my mac.
08 was the latest edition when I purchased it.
So I would have to buy the new ilife to update iphoto?
I do not want/need ilife:(

Thanks for your reply.

On the buying part I can't really comment, because, as I said, when I tried to buy it the download ended up being free, and I am not completely certain why.

EDIT: Just re-read your post. No, absolutely not on having to buy iLife. If you want just iPhoto you can buy (if they charge you) just iPhoto.

The URL is the Mac APP Store (on your Mac since OS X 10.6.6).
Click on the MAS icon, sign in and search for iPhoto.
Apple - OS X Mountain Lion - Apps

<sigh> this is all I get-

How did you get Mtn Lion without using the Mac APP Store?
EDIT: You may want to download the latest combo-update and run it, that often solves similar type problems. Somewhere I should have the link, will post when I find it.

Here it is
