Gauge Pro (http://www.pure-mac.com/diag.html#gaugepro) will give the CPU info including actual speed, cache size and cache speed.

or you could try the apple system profiler, which is in the apple menue items section. It will tell you the MHZ as well as hard drive size, disk drives, system software, machine model, etc.
