Unlocking AT&T iPhone 4 Increase Value?

I'll be selling my iPhone 4 sometime in November when I upgrade to the 5. I'll compare local Craigslist sales to get an idea of value.

I'm just wondering to myself how much of an increase in value it will bring when I unlock it. I know it'll only be usable on T-Mobile in the U.S. but doesn't unlocking also enable it to be used in other countries? I was guessing I could add maybe $50 - $100 to the asking price if I really tout the advantages of unlocking. ;D

Considering that AT&T's current policy to unlock phones upon request when the contract is up, (at least with the iPhone 4) I'd say it adds no monetary value. But it would be nice for the person you're selling it to, to not have to bother asking AT&T after the fact.

I hadn't thought of it that way. The buyer can just unlock it once they buy it from me? Hmm... That doesn't really help me at all, does it?
