MapPoint equivalent?

Hi,
New to this forum so please forgive me if this has been asked but I am looking for an equivalent to MS MapPoint for Mac. Not for the mileage from one point to another but for mapping of multiple sites and business intelligence.

VMWare Fusion to Run MapPoint on iMac

Run VMWare Fusion and run MapPoint in there? That's what we do!

There's so many more benefits of having Windows available to use, consider it not just for MapPoint. My daughter uses it for Pokemon, I use it to have an extra machine for testing, etc.
