It should be fine. The Speck case does have clips in that area, but there should be enough give that the clips grab onto the case on top of the Moshi palm rest. I would remove the Speck before you install, however - and if there's any play in how they fit, I would keep them away from the outside edge where the clips grab.

Thank you very much, cwa. I decided to install the Moshi while the Speck-Guard is installed and now there's a tiny bit above the clips but it's no big deal and not really affecting anything. I found a video online of someone who cut exactly around the clips so it would fit perfectly. It's right here if anyone wants to use it:

I am going to attempt to do this tonight.

By the way, is it just me or is the trackpad guard really annoying? I find that scrolling and moving the cursor work fine whereas the tap isn't as responsive.
