Software update corrupt for MacBook Pro, iPod Touch & iPhone 4s

I'm having problems updating the software for my MacBook Pro, iPod Touch & iPhone 4s each time I download the update it says "corrupt".. As this problem is occuring with all three Apple devices what could it be??! Can anyone help? Thanks

I'd suggest your network connection is patchy. Try rebooting your home router, all devices and then have another go.
