Mail Archiving

For all the good new things in ML, I seem to have lost mail archiving. How do I do it?

Did you previously have a folder setup for archiving? If you did, it should still be there. You are referring to Apple Mail, right? Or do you mean archiving your mail from your mail provider's server?

I have a folder on an external hard drive, but none in Mail itself. The older version used to have an Archive Mailbox command, but this one doesn't, which is why I am confused.
