Sorry, not clear on what you're talking about. At a wild guess, I think you're trying to ask if there is a radio function in iTunes for iOS under iOS 6? Is that right?
If so, the answer is no. Streaming radio works with OS X iTunes, not with iOS iTunes. Plenty (and I do mean PLENTY) of radio apps in the App Store. Try out some of the top-rated ones (just search on "Radio") since most of them are free. On my iPhone I have CBC, NPR, Radio Paradise, SHOUTcast, SomaFM (probably my favourite), AOL radio, and FStream.
