Streaming Videos on WMP

Hi, I ran into some trouble when I was at www.thatvideosite.com, I was viewing a few streaming videos around 2min runtime and around the 1min area or close to the 2minute area the video would try to rebuffer itself and would not play at all, it'd usually lock up around 50% buffer rate and stop playing. Is there something I should fix? I'm running OS X "Tiger" with WMP 9
