You can't. Flash isn't supported in iOS (and the few options that try to accommodate this aren't great). What are you trying to view? Do you have an alternate format available to you?

Adobe has discontinued all support for Mobile Flash on all platforms (and never had it on iOS because they couldn't meet Apple's standards). There are still a few tools that run it (not well) on Android, but that will wither off since Adobe will not update Flash for mobile.
